Every pickup location is different. To avoid any confusion, we have prepared detailed information about the meeting points at the airports and about the pickup procedure for other locations.
At Henri Coandă Otopeni International Airport, the meeting point is inside the arrivals terminal, in the waiting area on the first floor, in front of the FIVE TO GO coffee shop. Do not leave the terminal.

At Aurel Vlaicu Băneasa International Airport, the meeting point is at the end of the exit corridor from the baggage claim area. As soon as you reach the waiting area, you will meet your driver.

For hotels, private addresses or any other location, we do our best to pick you up right in front of the address, whenever conditions allow. If there is no safe place to stop, the driver parks nearby and meets you at the agreed meeting point. Up to 2 hours before the ride, you receive the driver and vehicle details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
